To place an order:

1. Simply click on the categories on the right to see the products in each category.
2. Make your selection by confirming the quantity and clicking the shopping basket. You may change category at any time to add another item to your basket.
3. Click the checkout button at any time to view or edit the contents of your basket, and when you are ready select a method of payment and follow the on-screen directions.

Payment:

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal via our highly secure server, and uk cheques by post. Credit/debit card payments are not processed until your order is packed and ready for dispatch. We can also take orders and credit/debit cards over the telephone on 01326 377114.

Delivery Information:

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours with delivery in 2 - 4 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days. Most orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery, therefore your delivery address should be one where you will be able to sign for your goods.

Delivery Charges:

Our standard delivery charges are based on the size, weight and value of the order being placed, as well as the destination. In certain circumstances (such as the use of couriers or international shipping) there may be additional costs, but we will advise you of these when processing your order.

All UK deliveries will be either £3.75 or £5.75, with other destinations slightly higher. Orders over £75.00 will be carriage free to UK destinations. The actual delivery charge applicable to your order will be shown at the checkout stage before making payment.

Returns:

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item we will happily exchange it or refund its cost providing it is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods upon their return.

If you wish to return an item please use the contact form, quoting your name, telephone and order numbers. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if an item is not returned in a fully resalable condition.
